Year 11 Student Outcomes

 

In 2022, Year 11 students achieved a broad range of accreditations relating to the core subjects, careers and employability and personal development.  These accreditations included:

 

  • Functional Skills English, Entry Levels 1 - 3 and Level 1
  • Functional Skills Mathematics, Entry Levels 1 - 3 and Level 1
  • Functional Skills ICT, Entry Level 3
  • Computer Science, Entry Level 3
  • Science Entry Levels 2 and 3, Level 1 Award

  • Skills for Further Learning and Employment, Entry Levels 1 & 3

The large majority of students who have a target to achieve a qualification at a certain level do so: 

In 2022, of the students with a target to achieve a qualification:

  • 83% achieved or exceeded their target qualification in English,
  • 95% achieved or exceeded their target qualification in Maths, 
  • 100% achieved or exceeded their target qualification in Science, and
  • 100% achieved or exceeded their target qualification in Computing.

In 2021, of the students with a target to achieve a qualification:

  • 92% achieved or exceeded their target qualification in English,
  • 86% achieved or exceeded their target qualification in Maths, 
  • 100% achieved or exceeded their target qualification in Science, and
  • 96% achieved or exceeded their target qualification in Computing.

 

In 2022, the majority of all Year 11 students also met or exceeded their teacher-assessed Crosby High School Key Stage 4 target in the core subjects:

  • English - 77% of students met or exceeded their CHS target,
  • Maths - 82% of students met or exceeded their CHS target,
  • Science - 100% of students met or exceeded their CHS target,
  • Computing - 100% of students met or exceeded their CHS target,
